  Employment Requirements:

 Field:

      - Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean DMV report
      - Must be 18 years or older
      - Must have a legal right to work in the United States
      - Must be willing to join the Laborer's Union or Ironworker's Union
      - Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.

 Shop:
      - Must be 18 years or older
      - Must have a legal right to work in the United States
      - Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
      - No requirement to join the Union or a have a driver's license
